Billionaire businessman Donald Trump rode his
anti-establishment message to an easy win in the New Hampshire primary. The victory came after a disappointing second place finish in Iowa.
“New Hampshire, I want to thank you. I love you.” Trump told a large crowd of supporters.
"We learned a lot about ground games in one week -- I have to tell you that," Trump said.
Trump congratulated Democratic winner Bernie Sanders in his victory speech, but chided the Vermont senator saying " He wants to give away our country. It's not going to happen."
After a poor performance in Iowa, Ohio Governor John Kasich finished second in New Hampshire.
"Maybe we are turning a page on the dark side of American politics because tonight, the light overcame the darkness," Kasich told supporters.

Iowa Caucuses winner Ted Cruz and former Florida Governor Jeb Bush were separated by fractions of a point for third place.
"Thank you New Hampshire for tonight’s result, which has left the Washington Cartel utterly terrified." Cruz told supporters.
"I will be a conservative candidate embracing conservative values. I will repeal Obamacare...I will be a 10th amendment President," Bush said.
Just behind them, Florida Senator Marco Rubio, who came in second in Iowa.
Rubio says his poor performance in the ABC News debate Saturday night hurt him in the Granite State.
"Our disappointment is not on you, it's on me. I did not do well on Saturday night. But listen to me: That will never happen again," Rubio told supporters, vowing to move on and win the nomination.
New Hampshire may have at least one casualty...New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, who came in sixth.
"We've decided that we're going to go home to New Jersey tomorrow and we're going to take a deep breath," Christie said Tuesday evening. He had planned to go to South Carolina, home of the next primary.
The second place finisher, Kasich, may have had the quote of the night. "If you don't have a seat belt, go get one!"
