ENGLEWOOD - Shortly after celebrating their Super Bowl victory at the parade in downtown
Denver, the team was invited to another celebration. At the White House.
Just got off the phone with Coach Kubiak. Congrats to Peyton, Von Miller, and that monster @Broncos defense - see you at the White House!— President Obama (@POTUS) February 9, 2016
Head coach Gary Kubiak and linebacker DeMarcus Ware took the call from President Barack Obama who congratulated them and the rest of the team on their tremendous performance.
"I want to let you know that that's about as good a defense as I've seen since the '85 Bears," the President said.
