KUSA – At
the Endless Ink Tattoo shop, love for the Denver Broncos is running “skin deep.”
For the fifth year, the shop is giving out free Broncos tattoos – in exchange for a donation to the Montbello Boys and Girls Club.
“They’re not prices, they’re donations,” co-owner Crystal Kennedy said.
Each customer can choose from a set of pre-selected tattoos that come with a donation of $25, $35 and $45.
“Being from Montbello and going to that Boys and Girls Club, it’s really nice to see it all go back,” tattoo artist “Baby D” said.
The shop is also holding a competition with another tattoo shop in Charlotte that’s giving out free tattoos. Whoever raises the leats money has to take a picture with the opposing team’s flag and post it on social media.
“They also have to eat a plate of Rocky Mountain Oysters,” Kennedy said.
Kennedy says she expects around 300 customers to get the tattoos. She’s hoping Denver’s love for the Broncos will translate into big money for the Boys and Girls Club.
The free tattoos will be given out through Saturday and doled out on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Endless Ink is located at 7507 E. 36th Ave.
