DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - Online ads to fill jobs in Colorado rose by 1,700 in January from a month earlier, following December's
sharp decline of 7,600, according to a report Wednesday from The Conference Board.
Online job ad totals in the state have swerved up and down over the last year, according to data from The Conference Board's monthly Help Wanted OnLine Data Series reports. On average, Colorado has seen a gain of 283 ads per month over the last 12 months.
The Conference Board reported 134,100 unduplicated online ads to fill Colorado jobs in January. Of those, 67,700 were new ads running for the first time this month, up from December's 63,600 new ads. The rest were ads first placed in previous months.
