Broncos linebacker Danny Trevathan, 6-1, 240 pounds vs. Panthers running back Jonathan Stewart, 5-10, 235 pounds

Trevathan led the Broncos in tackles (110) for the second time in three seasons.

He and linebacker Brandon Marshall became the first Broncos duo to each have 100 tackles since Brian Dawkins and D.J. Williams in 2009.

He'll likely be the main man trying to take down the Panthers' leading rusher, Stewart. The big power back is one head of the Panthers' downhill attack. Stewart has 38 carries for 189 yards and two touchdowns in Carolina's two playoff contests.

With a lot of expected attention on quarterback Cam Newton, the Broncos have to be careful not to forget about Stewart and constantly wrap him up — especially in the fourth quarter.
