KUSA - Two people were arrested after breaking into or trying to break into 33 cars in Highlands Ranch.
A witness
identified the suspects as Highlands Ranch residents Chandler Patterson, 18, and an unnamed juvenile. They were arrested and charged with five counts of first-degree criminal trespassing and 25 counts of attempted criminal trespassing.
Patterson confessed and was transported to the Douglas County Detention Center, where he is being held on a bond. The second suspect is at a juvenile assessment center.
