The fairly warm January sun shined light on the
Broncos for their last practice of the season at Dove Valley, rivaling the weather they'll see during Super Bowl 50 week in Santa Clara.
On the field, it was much of the same. Safeties Darian Stewart (sprained right MCL) and T.J. Ward (sprained left ankle) continued progressing through their injuries mostly through observations.
The plan is for their reps to ramp up and return to normal participation once the team reaches California.
Guard Louis Vasquez also did not participate for the second straight practice.
Coach Gary Kubiak said Friday if the Broncos played Sunday, Ward, Stewart and Vasquez would have been listed as questionable.
