Antoine, who came from the French countryside, lives in Beijing suburb. Instead of
the downtown Beijing, which he finds too crowded, he prefers to take care of his garden in the suburbs.
Although he never went for any formal training in cooking, he decided to make a difference in Western food restaurant business in Beijing. His deal is to provide cheaper and better food.
