This is an oldie but a goodie (2002), featuring Aiden Quinn, Mary Stuart Masterson and Johnny Depp. Benny (Quinn) owns a small business and takes care of his sister, Joon
(Masterson), who has mental health problems. They live a fairly unexceptional life until Sam (Depp) arrives to live with them. Sam doesn't talk much, but communicates beautifully with Joon. There is a scene in which Sam is amusing Joon by sticking forks into bread roll "feet" and making them dance that made me laugh so hard I literally cried. This is a lovely, funny, heart-warming film. Watch it when you want to laugh or marvel at just how good an actor Johnny Depp is.
