Beginning Monday, November 16, 2015, using a public computer at any Denver Public Library location will require customers to enter their Denver Public Library account password in order to protect access

to personal account information. This is the same password you use with our self-checkout machines or to login to your online Library account, otherwise known as "My Account."

Unless you have manually changed your password, the default is your four digit birth year. If this does not work, take a moment to speak with one of our staff members. If contacted before the password requirement goes into effect, Library staff will make sure you have this information before it's needed.

The Denver Public Library is committed to keeping your online account secure. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information regarding how we keep your information private and safe.

You may also browse the Computers & Equipment page for information on how and where to gain free access to technology resources at all Denver Public Library locations.
