DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - For the first time in quite a while, Denver apartment rents actually declined in
the last three months of 2015.
That's according to real estate research company CoStar Group Inc., which estimated that in the fourth quarter, Denver average apartment rents declined by 1 percent.
That decline was also reported in other hot apartment markets, including San Jose (down 2.7 percent in the fourth quarter), San Francisco (down 1.7 percent) and Washington, D.C. (down 1.1 percent).
