At his introductory press conference on Tuesday, new Nuggets head coach Michael Malone said he wanted to ask his players one specific question, above

all else:

"How serious are you about winning?"

The ex-Sacramento Kings coach also talked about changing the culture within the Nuggets' organization, including a return to the type of fast-paced, running offense that brought Denver much success in the mid-2000s under George Karl. Flanked by team president Josh Kroenke and general manager Tim Connelly, Malone explained that he was committed to shaping his philosophy to the skill set of his players, and that people shouldn't type-cast him as a coach based his time in Sacramento.

To see more of what Malone, Connelly, and Kroenke had to say about the new era in Nuggets basketball, tune-in to the video above.
